No refunds are available for cancellations after that date, but substitutes are welcome to attend. MCO and NEOUCOM reserve ther ightto cancel courses. Tuition fees for courses canceled by the Universities will be refunded; however, the Universities will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses that such cancellations may cause.
