Ideal for auxilliary staff who want to explore the basics of TMD and Craniofacial Pain diagnosis and treament or update/refresh their knowledge, topics covered in Part 2 of this course include: treatment principles, intraoral splints, hot and cold therapy and exercises for the TMD patient, principles of electromodalities, post-surgical patient management and TMJ imaging. A Certified TMJ Assistant Certificate is awarded to assistants who complete parts 1 and 2, and meet all qualifications.
