Is a method of cooking that uses all fresh natural, healthy foods to produce authentic Italian recipes in a non-complicated yet elegant way but yet in an authentic way.
*First book The Basic Art of Italian Cooking is a best selling book was released in late summer 2006. it is sold all mainly in the US but is also sold all over the world. The second printing will be released in late 2008.
*First Product that has been developed under the trademark is
Sapori D’Italia a Spice blend developed in Italy by Maria Liberati. The first blend is Tuscan Picnic and is meant to reflect the spice typically used in Tuscan cooking.
It is now being sold in limited places and has not officially been introduced to the market.
*Maria was recently selected as media spokesperson for the American Academy of Ophthalmologists to endorse their healthy eating campaign.
A variety of speaking engagements that combine motivation, empowerment using Italian and food themes are also available by Maria Liberati.
