At the top of his website it reads “If you’re not having fun, it’s your own fault!” Rich DiGirolamo works with organizations seeking to shift the thinking of their best resource – their people. He accomplishes this through humorous keynote presentations, trainings, and teambuilding workshops. His areas of specialty are employee morale, engagement, teamwork, wellness, communication, and working with new leadership. His approach is a blend of professional and personal development. His programs are far-reaching with messages for every audience member.
Rich started his career with the Big 8 accounting firm Price Waterhouse as an auditor. Are you old enough to remember when there were eight? His clients included financial service corporations and non-profits. He was an assistant controller of a start-up division of Continental Grain Company and has spent time in Corporate Finance with various major corporations. After putting down the accounting pencil and taking the first steps towards an entrepreneurial existence, he taught a CPA review course and was a finance and information systems recruiter for Robert Half International. The regional management of the CPA review course will forever remain puzzled as to how the words accounting and fun could end up in the same sentence on student evaluations.
Rich speaks nationally. He has authored several articles, two books, and has appeared internationally in news publications. His programs are presented to Corporate Audiences and National Associations. Clients include health care, financial services, human service organizations and recreation and park agencies.
