Description:

The 13th Annual Conference of the British Maternal and Fetal Medicine Society is a conference attracting an audience of obstetricians, gynaecologists midwives and scientists working in the field of perinatal medicine. As well as four themed sessions (Fetal Medicine, Maternal Medicine, Labour and Delivery and Pregnancy Outcome) there will be lunchtime ‘Meet the Experts’ sessions and a lively Debate. Plenary topics have been specifically chosen to reflect controversial issues of relevance to all professional groups. Keynote speakers include Professor Dennis Lo (Hong Kong) speaking on Non-invasive prenatal diagnosis, Professor Judith S. Mercer (Rhode Island, USA) speaking on Controversies in third stage management, Dr Jon (Yosef) Barrett (Toronto, Canada) speaking on Mode of delivery of twins and Professor Marc Rodger (Ottawa, Canada) speaking on Thrombophilias in pregnancy. Accepted abstracts will be published as a supplement of the journal: Archives of Diseases in Childhood (Fetal and Neonatal Edition).

Click on ‘Abstracts’ and follow the onscreen directions to register your personal details with the abstract submission system (this must be done before submitting your abstract).
