Focus Evolves to Include Employee Relations:
More recently, Dr. Alexander expanded the services of her company to include employee-relations and diversity issues www.peoplenotnumbers.com.

The unique and effective interactive Conversations On Diversity™ (www.conversationsondiversity.com) model evolved from a series of presentations at the University of South Carolina’s Moore School of Business. Dr. Alexander continues to guest lecture undergraduate and graduate students on diversity at the university.
