Continuing Education Company has been organizing its' Primary Care Conference Series for the past 20 years. The Essentials in Primary Care Summer Conference is designed to update primary care clinicians in rapidly changing therapeutic areas. The emphasis is on practical and useful information for clinical practice. Join us this July and August when we hold the 3rd Annual Essentials in Primary Care Summer Conference at the Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast, FL. Located near St. Augustine, this premier Florida beach destination features luxury villa and condominium accommodations overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, a 91,000 square-foot multi-level water park with lazy river, signature golf courses designed by golf's greatest legends, Jack Nicklaus and Tom Watson, a rejuvenating resort spa with influences from the sea and a host of other recreational amenities that will keep you coming back year after year.

A one bedroom Suite is a very large room with a King Bed and a pull out Queen bed in a seperate sitting area. It has a hideaway kitchenette (Small refrigerator, small 2 burner stove, sink and microwave). It can comfortably accommodate a family of four. They are the most popular room type for conference attendees and are located in the main building.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON WATER PARK, POOL AND MORE
Only guests of the resort who have made a reservation through the Hammock Beach Resort's reservations office will be able to use the water park and pools. In addition, the above rates include complimentary use of bicycles and the putting green (This is an EXCLUSIVE promotion for conference attendees only who reserve their rooms directly using the special conference rates.
NOTE ON VILLAS: The villas are subject to availability. Our room block consists of Villas and suites located at the main resort. After our room block is full, additional rooms may be available located in one of three areas which include Hammock Beach (closest to conference room), Cinnamon Beach (adjacent to Hammock Beach), and the Yacht Harbor Village (Hammock Beach's Marina).
NOTE ON LODGE ROOMS: This year we have reserved a limited amount of one bedroom lodge guestrooms. Just steps from the main resort building, within the Ocean Course clubhouse, the Lodge's deluxe guest rooms are closest to the Atlantic Ocean. The Lodge combines the experience of a luxury boutique hotel with the service and amenities of Hammock Beach™ Resort. The lodge rooms are best suited for couples.
Deadline for room reservations (not conference registration) at the specially reduced rates is June 27, 2012, however the hotel may be sold out before this date. We recommend that you reserve your hotel as soon as possible. When you call the hotel to make your reservation, please reference the Primary Care Summer Conference 2012 or Continuing Education Company to receive the Group Rate. Please inquire about any additional resort fees, early departure fees or cancellation penalties when making reservation. The hotel requires a one night’s deposit to make a reservation. Any room cancellations or modifications must be made 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a refund.

|Refund Policy:||CANCELLATIONS: A full refund minus a $45 processing fee will be given for written cancellations received by June 30, 2012. Refunds cannot be honored after this date and tuition will be applied as full payment for any of our future meetings. No refund will be given for no-shows. Occasionally, speakers or topics need to be changed. In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled, CEC will refund the registration fee in full, but is not responsible for any travel or hotel costs incurred. However, we will not cancel any meeting due to lack of attendance.
