Aims to provide attendees with a comprehensive look at current best practice approaches to managing conduct risk.
Day one of the course will be delivered by Peter Haines and will provide an in-depth look at the key drivers of conduct risk, stakeholder engagement and its place in the risk framework.
Day two will be delivered by practitioners from a variety of organisations. They will be presenting ideas on how to create a sound conduct risk programme and how a conduct risk culture can be used as a competitive advantage. There will also be a session on HR processes being used as agents of cultural identification within an organisation and how these are vital to creating a good conduct culture and framework.
