Dr. Charles (“Charlie”) Prather is President of Bottom Line Innovation Associates, Inc. in Annapolis, Maryland, helping organizations develop Innovation as a core competency. Many of the Fortune 100 are clients representing chemicals, consumer products, high tech, government, financial services, and other segments.
Charlie earned his Ph.D. in biochemistry from N.C. State University, and served DuPont some 96 quarters in numerous R&D Management positions. Charlie was appointed Manager of the DuPont Center for Creativity & Innovation upon its formation and helped shape its direction and design its offerings. He has received training from some of the world's experts. He is guest lecturer at DePaul, and Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School, and is on the Board of Directors of DePaul University's Ryan Creativity Center. Charlie is a frequent keynote speaker and conference presenter, authored magazine articles, and his book, Blueprints for Innovation, was published by The American Management Association.
