15 years of senior operations and human resources management experience including 5 years as an officer of a Fortune 100 firm and subsidiary senior vice president. During tenure served on the post-acquisition team which completed human resources and management practices assessments and developed and implemented assimilation strategies for new acquisitions during a period of aggressive growth. During this experience, a template for human resources and organizational development audits was designed, leading to the formation of HR Audit, Inc. in 1998.

Through HR Audit, Inc. Jim Bastian has completed organizational assessments, consulting and training with dozens of organizations like Archer Daniels Midland,, Radisys Corp. and Seattle Public Schools.
He is a frequent speaker for corporate leaders, management seminars, HR groups and business organizations.

Jim Bastian is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, serves on the Business Advisory Council for Cardinal Stritch University, and has authored several articles on organizational development and human resource issues.
