Della Faye has inspired and motivated others with inspirational stories since the age of nine. She remembers classmates sitting on her lap and listening intently to her tell events from her dreams. Teaching by example, she leads individuals to set goals and achieve success by taking action. One of her favorite quotations is Jim Rohn's quote, "Formal education will make you a living, self-education will make you a fortune."
Over the years she has taught technical and soft skills to youth and adults, and delivered inspirational messages to thousands of individuals. Della has been a volunteer for the Dare to Dream Children's Foundation for 20 years, and enjoys speaking for the Dare to Dream Foundation. She trained inner city youth for the John C. Ford Program.
It has been her joy to serve as a guest speaker and emcee for various organizations. Her JOY 910FM 30-minute motivational radio show, Encouraging and Joyful Moments with Della led to writing a book. She is the author of the inspirational handbook, Always Try Just One More Time.
She has enjoyed professional and personal success because she lives life according to this biblical principle: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”, and Zig Ziglar’s principle: "You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”
Inspiring and encouraging others to follow their dreams, and to improve their professional and personal performance is her passion. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, training style, and expertise have a lasting affect on people. She is the preferred trainer by many former trainees. She uses her own personal experiences to connect with people.
Della encourages people to have hope, set goals, and take action, which leads to extraordinary results. According to her, highly motivated human beings are true assets to society. Coaching and training people improves their quality of life and inevitably life on the planet.
