Dr. Ronald L. Schefdore is recognized as an advocate and educator of oral health. He is the founder and president of Healthy Heart Dentistry®, an educational program for dental professionals based in Chicago, Illinois and chairman of Pharmaden Nutraceuticals, evidence based periodontal supplements. The theme of his seminars,
“The wise dental professional should consider that health is the greatest of human blessings, and learn how by his/her own thought to derive better health from the patients' oral condition”

Dr. Jack Maggiore is a Medical Technologist, certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology, with a Master of Science in Clinical Chemistry and Doctorate in Pathology from the University of Illinois. He holds several medical device patents, and has authored more than 30 abstracts, publications, and textbook chapters. Dr. Maggiore has presented his method validation and clinical outcome research data at national and international scientific conventions on an annual basis since 1989, and has consulted for a number of government agencies, including the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. His expertise includes clinical trials and regulatory affairs, having cleared six medical products through the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. His clinical research interests include diabetes disease management, and development of novel biomarkers for chronic diseases. Dr. Maggiore’s mission is to work with health care professionals to empower consumers to take a more active role in their health maintenance.
