Completion of Helm’s Medical Institute “Acupuncture for Physicians” program. This is an intensive 300-hour course in medical acupuncture offered to physicians only (MD, DO, DMD, DDS, DPM). IX. Practice History: Dr. Spencer entered practice with Dr. Edwin Matthes in May 1998. This practice is focused 100% on the treatment of TMD, craniofacial pain, and related disorders and has been so for over 20 years. Dr. Spencer continues to focus his practice solely on the treatment of craniofacial pain, TM disorders and treatment of sleep disordered breathing.
X. Personal Information: Dr. Spencer is married to Jennifer Spencer. They have six children ages 14, 13, 13, 10, 4 and 1. Dr. Spencer enjoys all outdoor activities, particularly; fly fishing, water skiing, snow skiing, and rock climbing with his twin boys. Dr. Spencer enjoys running, and has completed a marathon and ultra-marathon. He is also active in his church and community.
