Since 1997, Christina has provided speaking, coaching and training that increases employee satisfaction, motivation and productivity. As a senior manager and program director, she was responsible for staff training and development in the human services and health care industry since 1985. In 1996, Christina co-founded a counseling center where she has helped people find creative solutions to challenging problems resulting in significantly improving their lives and relationships, both at home and at work.
A dynamic presenter, Christina has integrated years of experience in human motivation and organizational psychology with a fun, solution-focused approach to lasting behavior change. You’ll get practical tools you can use right away to get dramatic results AND THEN take the skills BACK TO WORK!
