As Xposed Youth Communications Director of Training & Development, Tristan is responsible for overall strategic development for the organization. His responsiblites include the development and implementation of strategic priorities, working to build a team that will advance the organizations vision and mission, serving as a spokesperson and overseeing the operations and personnel of the organization .His insight, vision, and passion have made him a widely sought speaker and consultant for major national and international events, organizations, and program implementation. Tristan's keynote presentation, "Life as you know it", challenges his audience to live life as they know, by making positive and healthy decisions. Tristan grew up in youth leadership programs and has always had a passion for making a difference. As a student, Tristan was elected a student senator for the first ever district wide student congress. He has worked with the City of Columbus Office of Education, READ Columbus and The Ohio Democratic Party. Tristan was also a member of the Youth to Youth Speakers Bureau and was elected to speak and be a group trainer on behalf of Youth to Youth on a national scale. Tristan was elected President of the Student Government association and developed new programs that took the SGA to a new level. In 2005, 2006 and 2007 Tristan won the President's Youth Volunteer service award and to this day has committed over 6000 volunteer service hours-All helping and serving youth! Today, Tristan works with the League of Young Voters, The Urban Youth Job Initiative, and serves as President of the board for Funtastic Travel and tours.
