Hunter Sebresos is a founding partner of Dyvergent, a consultancy which focuses on innovation within branding and emerging media. Hunter believes in ideas that are divergent and visionary but communicates his ideas in clear, applicable and visual ways. Hunter speculates on the future of design, media, advertising and interfaces. His insights come from pinpointing what others overlook and designing prototypes to communicate his unique concepts. His vision is to help all people define their personal brand and achieve their greatest life ambition.
Hunter has worked as a Designer and Visual Strategist at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he was engaged in creating public exhibition projects, designing spaces, and establishing a design–based culture within his group.
His diverse experience in Advertising has given him taken him to agencies big and small. Previously an Art Director at Richter7 of Salt Lake City, he produced award-winning campaigns, featured in The One Show, the Addy awards, and the New York Festivals. He has also worked at Crispin Porter + Bogusky and DDB New York.
Hunter is an MFA graduate from the Media Design program at Art Center College of Design—one of the nation's top programs emphasizing design within new media. His graduate thesis explored the use of touch in the future of Interaction Design. During his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, he majored in Advertising with a Graphic Design minor. As a student, he was named one of the top twelve Advertising students in the nation by the American Advertising Federation.
Hunter is also a U.S. Marine Veteran who was deployed to Iraq and Okinawa, Japan during 2006.
