Biography:

Crystal S. Hughes grew up in a household where screaming and violence was the norm. At the age of eleven she witnessed the death of her abusive father at the hand of her mother which ended years of physical and emotional suffering, yet, triggered 35 years of depression, night terrors, anxiety attacks, suicidal tendencies, and alcohol dependency as well as other emotional issues as an adult.

Crystal gives insight into surviving the pain, adapting to changes and pushing yourself to realize your full potential while surviving the terror of abuse.
