Description:Presented by Continuing Education Company for the past 21 years, our Primary Care CME Conference Series is designed to update primary care clinicians in rapidly changing therapeutic areas. The emphasis is on practical and useful information for clinical practice. This year, the Primary Care Fall Conference is being held in Maui, Hawaii at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa, a AAA four diamond oceanfront resort situated along a spectacular stretch of the famed Ka'anapali Beach and on the legendary Block Rock.

Rates will be available three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the Event Dates indicated in the Room Block, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.
Early Bird Run of House: $199.00 (A limited number of rooms are available at this rate and they are expected to sell out fast. This rooms are an exception to the reservations policy outlined below in that they are required to be pre-paid and are non-refundable from the time of booking.)
Run of House: $225.00 (RESORT FEE WAIVED IF BOOKED BY AUGUST 22- See below)
Run of Ocean: $259.00 (RESORT FEE WAIVED IF BOOKED BY AUGUST 22- See below)
SPECIAL GROUP OFFER: All attendees who book their guestroom 60 days prior to the event dates will have their resort charge waived. That is a $25 per day savings. To obtain this special offer, the room must be reserved within the group block.
Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 13.4166% or the mandatory resort charge of $25.00 plus tax per day per room. No automatic or mandatory charges are tips, gratuities, or services charges for employees, unless otherwise expressly stated. All taxes are subject to change.
All rates quoted are single or double occupancy. Our current rate for a third person in the room is $80.00, plus tax per night. Children 18 years of age and younger are free of charge when sharing the same room as parent(s), maximum of four (4) persons to a room.

DEADLINE FOR RESERVATIONS WAS SEPTEMBER 20, 2013. After the cut-off date, it is at Hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.

Individual Room Deposit: A deposit equal to two (2) nights is required to hold each guest’s reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the dates indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the guest folio of the reserved stay. These deposits paid by individuals are refundable if notice is received by Hotel at least seven (7)) days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation.

Individual Room Cancellation Policy/ No Show Policy: Refund will be made on reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival. There will be a two (2) night charge for any reservation canceled within thirty (30) days of your arrival date. Individuals with guaranteed reservations who fail to arrive (no show) on the confirmed date will be charged for the entire stay.
