The Southwest Ohio Internal Medicine Update & Review Course is a review course that will provide 1) an intensive review of medicine for physicians preparing for the ABIM initial and recertification examinations, and 2) an in-depth review with recent updates for physicians and advanced nurse practitioners practicing internal medicine and other disciplines. Successful completion of this CME activity will enables the participant to earn up to 54.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits ™ and 54.75 MOC points [and patient safety MOC credit] in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program.
The course is comprised of didactic lectures with multiple questions and case-based discussions. Attendees will be provided with detailed course material along with expert specialty questions and answers for thorough independent examination preparation.
This update and review course has a unique format of being offered over two weekends. Registration will include a comprehensive package as well as an “a la carte” option which will allow participation in the full course or in selected specific sessions.
