Mr. Cain is President of CAIN, WATTERS & ASSOCIATES, PC a "fee only" certified public accounting firm located in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Cain has designed financial plans for approximately 1000 health care professionals across the country on how to take advantage of their earning power.

CAIN, WATTERS & ASSOCIATES also provides tax and accounting services, ongoing financial monitoring, practice valuations and transitions, and estate planning for their financial counseling clients.


Mr. Cain received his BBA and MPA from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. He is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a registered investment advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission.


Mr. Cain began lecturing in 1985 to various dental societies, study clubs, and state dental associations, as well as investment symposiums. Since that time, he has been invited to speak at numerous meetings throughout the United States.


In conjunction with lectures provided nationally to Certified Public Accountants on financial counseling, Mr. Cain has co-authored a book, "How to Build A Million Dollar Financial Counseling Practice". Mr. Cain also co-authored an article published in the nationally known magazine Dentistry Today entitled, "How Much is Your Dental Practice Worth?" Other articles include; “Target Weighted Approach to Investing”, published in the CDA Journal; “Viewpoint on the Accumulation Process of Money” and “Practice Transitions for Pediatric Dentistry” published in the S.S.P.D. Monograph.
