Susan brings more than 26 years of experience in dentistry to management consulting. Her background is comprised of clinical assisting, scheduling, and business administration. Her last fourteen years in the financial realm of the dental practice lends her a versatile and well rounded background conducive to overall practice management. Susan's passion lies in the financial realm of dentistry. She understands the value of the team that not only believes in the doctor's dentistry but the fees for the dentistry that enables excellent patient care. Susan also understands the importance of monitoring the health of the practice as well as the overhead control so crucial to practice profitability. She has a distinct ability to relate directly to the doctor's challenges as well as each individual team member's challenges. Her ability to get results make her a popular and sought after management consultant. She is a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants and the Institute of Management Consultants. Susan is proud to be selected as an on site consultant for the Dental Clinic Optimization project for the United States Air Force beginning in 2003.
