After providing nutrition counseling to thousands of eating disorder patients both in the hospital and in private practice, Jessica created Eating Disorders Boot Camp to train other health professionals what we don't learn in school about eating disorders. Realizing that even those of us without eating disorders still struggle to "eat right," she also speaks to consumer groups about healthy eating and feeding kids. As a Registered Dietitian with a Master's Degree in Sports Nutrition, Jessica is uniquely qualified, and her human touch allows her to communicate effectively with audiences of any age and background.
