Began career in dentistry in 1979. Practiced as a clinical hygienist for over 15 years, then transitioned into business management in 1996. Integrated in Anthony Robbins peak-performance technology. 1998 - Authored the collaborative book "FUNdamentals of Outstanding Dental Teams" 1999 co-created post-graduate aesthetic hygiene course at Pacific Aesthetic Continuum (PAC~LIve). 2001 Founded Hygiene Mastery Consulting. 2002 Editor-in-Chief: Hygiene Mastery Magazine. 2004- Created "Practical Leadership" Course for Young Professionals 1-5 years in business. National Speaking includes: American Dental Association, Connecticut Dental Assn, Texas Dental Assn, Yankee Dental Congress, GenX, Discus Dental Super Seminars, The Profitable Dentist, and Personal Power with Anthony Robbins.
