Mary Osborne has worked in dentistry for over thirty-five years as a clinical hygienist, patient facilitator, and communications consultant. She brings to her work enthusiasm, intelligence, humor, and a deep belief in the potential for significant growth through authentic communication.
Mary's work with dental teams encourages each practice to develop their unique gifts and talents in creating the highest quality of care for those they serve.
Mary is known internationally as a consultant, writer, and producer of audio cassette programs, as well as a quarterly leadership guide, Practice Renewal, available on Compact Disc. Her writing is published in national magazines and she has spoken extensively to state and national, and international organizations. She serves on the editorial board of WorldDent.com and is a regular guest presenter at the L.D. Pankey Institute.
