Christopher Novak started The Summit Team as an extension of over 20 years of professional experience in positions that included Director of Human Resources for Cornell University’s Campus Life division, Human Resources Manager for a 125-year old manufacturer, and as a military officer and aviator. Novak is an experienced human resources professional and writer with over 20 published articles in magazines that include Newsweek, HR Magazine, and syndication by The New York Times Syndicate. His book, "Conquering Adversity: Six Strategies to Move You and Your Team Through Tough Times," has inspired thousands. He has a master’s degree in business management from the State University of New York’s College of Technology and a dual bachelor’s degree in aeronautics-mathematics from Miami University (Ohio).
As a motivational speaker, Novak leaves his audience inspired, empowered, and changed. His signature presentation, Conquering Adversity, is a roadmap for moving forward through tragedy, crisis, and adversity. It is unforgettable.
