My name is Dr Farahmand, and I am a dentist in California. I attended one of your lectures at the ADA this last September, and enjoyed it very much. I certainly learned a lot, and have been looking at Mouthguards differently ever since.

My name is Dr. Marshall and I'm an endodontist from New Hampshire. I was at your course in San Francisco and as an endodontist, young girls' basketball coach and father of a young girl (11) basketball player, was awfully glad I was there. When I came home, I asked my daughter's dentist to take an impression for me with the intention of finding a local laboratory that had the capability of making a pressure laminated guard. I gave instructions, per your lecture.
