           Term of the Contract.  Subject to the provisions relating to cancellation, the term of this agreement shall commence on the date that you first access the Website, Courses, or Material and will continue for an Initial Term of one year, and shall thereafter renew automatically until terminated by one party giving the other party 5 days written notice.


           Professionals. This Website is intended for use primarily by professionals holding a current license or registration to practice and who are required to maintain continuing education to retain such license or registration.   

           While this Website is intended for use by licensed professionals, non-licensed professionals may also access the courses and Material in any manner which is consistent with the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which the User is located, such as for informational purposes only.  Use of any Material or course information by non-licensed persons to engage in the practice of a particular field without a license or registration is strictly prohibited.
